Hog Roast Westerham’s latest catering event was an outdoor, lunchtime extravaganza. The catering was booked by Vincent; and the event was booked as high quality corporate catering for none other than Solum Twickenham, who wanted the team to feed their hungry workers.
This lunchtime buffet was cooked by experienced and friendly Catering Manager Jake from the team at Hog Roast Twickenham. This large and hearty buffet was a feast for 125 people. The preparation of all the food and the buffet service was all outdoors, and Manager Jake set up the professional catering gazebo so that all the dishes could be prepared and cooked freshly on site at Twickenham Train Station for the 1:30pm, lunch serving time.
The menu for this corporate catering event was none other than delicious menu 4 from the Hog Roast corporate catering menu. This menu really had something for everyone, including dishes for all types of dietary requirements and tastes. The highlight at the buffet was a Classic Hog Roast, a succulently slow roasted pig that had crispy crackling, stuffing, tangy apple sauce and a basket of soft gluten free rolls. There was also a vegetarian option of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, and a vegan choice of grilled vegetable skewers. Three fresh salad products also graced the buffet table: coleslaw, mixed salad and pasta salad. Finally, completing the excellent buffet spread was a mountain of piping hot jacket potato wedges, which are always a firm favourite with guests.
After the buffet had been enjoyed by the 125 guests, Jake from Hog Roast Twickenham tidied everything away. As well as gathering up the wooden crockery and cutlery the team had supplied and the guests had used, Jake also took with him any rubbish generated from the catering of the event. This rubbish would then be disposed of safely by the Hog Roast Twickenham team, meaning that the guests could swiftly return to their work.
The clients and hungry buffet goers were delighted by the spread they had enjoyed. It was a lovely lunch for all.
