A menu with a difference for Hog Roast Sevenoaks

Hog Roast Sevenoaks has wedding menus with a good variety of choice. Even though they are hog roast specialists, they provide other meat options for instance, a whole-roasted lamb, beef sirloin, whole-roasted chickens or Turkey crowns. The options ensure there is something for everyone, especially since you get to choose two meats.

Hog Roast Sevenoaks recently did a wedding where the meat choices were beef and chicken. The beef option entailed a slowly roasted sirloin joint of beef, encrusted with mustard and cooked to the client’s preference of medium-well. The tender beef was served with fluffy Yorkshire puddings and a tasteful red wine gravy which is standard for those who select the beef option. Whole chickens were roasted, brushed with a rub made up of thyme and lemon. The chicken was served with tasty sage and onion stuffing and flavoursome butcher chipolata sausages. Again, this is standard with the chicken option. Nevertheless, the bride and groom did decide on a Hog Roast for their wedding reception food!

Hog Roast SevenoaksUsually, clients select salads over vegetables. The most popular salad combination is Hog Roast Sevenoaks’ Italian-inspired tomato and mozzarella, seasonal mixed and homemade gourmet coleslaw. However, this bride and groom had selected Hog Roast Sevenoaks’ classic Caesar made up of crisp romaine and gem lettuce leaves, ciabatta croutons, anchovies (if desired by the client) and sliced Parmigiana tossed in Caesar dressing. They also chose pasta salad which was made using fusilli pasta tossed in a Mediterranean tomato sauce with roasted Mediterranean vegetables added. Both super tasty side dishes. The bride and groom had gone with the tomato and mozzarella salad as their third and final salad. Having three choices of salads means that clients are guaranteed to have something for everyone.

The delicious Dauphinoise potatoes had been chosen on this wedding, the potatoes were cut thinly and layered in a baking dish while a mixture of garlic, onions, and double cream was stirred together and then poured over the potato thins, it was then oven baked creating a delightful treat.

A super tasteful menu for a lovely couple.
