Lucas owns a pub in Kent and hosts a Halloween celebration each year for customers of all ages to enjoy. The celebrations usually consist of a DJ, a costume contest, spooky decorations, great food, and plenty of sweets! The pub has an outdoor seating area with space heaters to keep the area warm, making it the ideal location for enjoying a tasty meal without freezing in the October air. This year Hog Roast Aldington was hired to provide the catering and we were more than happy to get involved! Our manager Matt discussed our buffet options with Lucas, and it was decided that Hog Roast Aldington’s Gourmet BBQ menu was the ideal choice for the event as it is the most versatile and is great for guests of all ages to enjoy. This event is bound to be a lot of fun and Matt is looking forward to getting to work!
Our Gourmet BBQ menu includes a variety of main dishes, such as succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. these dishes are served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls available upon request. For the side dishes, we will serve corn on the cob, crunchy coleslaw, homemade chips, sweet potato fries, seasonal salad dishes, and seasonal vegetables. This creates a varied and balanced meal with plenty to go around.
