After enjoying 2 weeks off for the festivities, he knows that no one will be eager to get back into the routine of a 9-5 job, so he decided to provide a tasty meal for the staff to enjoy as a way to ease them back into work. He chose a classic hog roast, along with a delicious meat-free option.
In preparation for this event, we planned to serve a classic hog roast at the office, with BBQ pulled jackfruit for any vegan guests. For the hog, we will ensure that it is roasted for at least 5 hours before serving, to ensure that it is packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once ready, it will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. We will also be providing BBQ pulled jackfruit in bread rolls, which is a great pork alternative. Alongside the mains, the guests will also be able to enjoy homemade chips and a variety of salad dishes to create a varied and delicious buffet lunch.
