Our catering manager Matt was on hand to discuss our catering options with Lucy and it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, alongside a meat-free dish.

Hog Roast AylesfordOn the day of the opening, Matt and the Hog Roast Aylesford team arrived at the salon in the morning and set up our catering station outside. We began by slow-roasting the hog for over five hours and allowing it to cook to perfection. Once ready, it was served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we served BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a delicious veggie alternative. The mains were accompanied by homemade chips and a green leaf salad, creating a varied and delicious buffet lunch.
