On the 11th December 2016 we provided a hog roast in Stratford for the London Ambulance service to thank them for the amazing job that they do and to raise money for Orchid cancer charity which is a charity we are very close to. We thought it was a fantastic start to their Christmas to show our appreciation for all lives they save. We set up at the Bow Headquarters near Stratford and prepared to feed 120 hungry LAS staff members. We cooked a fantastic slow roasted hog and supplied fresh rolls, stuffing, homemade apple sauce and a variety of condiments. The Staff really enjoyed the hog roast in Stratford. This was a fantastic day for Spitting Pig, we were honoured to thank the London ambulance service for the fantastic job that they do as well as raised £200 for an amazing cancer charity Orchid.
