Over the years, plenty of clients have enlisted in the help of Hog Roast Maidstone to breathe life into corporate events, and recently our trusty team was hired by Conrad to do just that.
After contacting our friendly customer service team, Conrad was put in the capable hands of our experienced catering manager Jake who has been responsible for a number of similar events to the one our client was looking to host for himself and his co-workers at Zehnder Group Lenhan Ltd’s office on Dickley Lane. While talking Conrad through our extensive menu and catering options, it was decided that with a few minor tweaks, our classic hog roast menu (which has remained a firm favourite among our customers for years) would be the most suitable for his event.
Hog Roast Maidstone wasted no time in throwing themselves into preparing for the corporate-style event which took place at the beginning of the month by switching the disposable crockery for our environmentally-friendly wooden crockery and cutlery and also adding the choice of mixed salads and crunchy coleslaws to the meat-based menu.
On the day of the event, the catering crew made their way to Zehnder Group Lenhan Ltd’s office where they were able to set up our lightweight and portable equipment outdoors. Housed under our gazebos, the team worked together to whip up a tantalising buffet of juicy gourmet sausages, slow roasted pig served with apple sauce, stuffing and crispy crackling, locally sourced free-range chicken with onion gravy and rosemary seasoned spring lamb with mint and a mustard and dill sauce. Adventurous-feeling guests had the option of creating their very own snack in a roll using the selection of gluten-free rolls, wraps and condiments available, and vegetarians and vegans were offered grilled vegetable skewers with optionable haloumi.
