Recently, the Hog Roast Maidstone team were hired by a corporate client, CET Structures Limited, in Harrietsham. The event was booked by Charmaine who did a great job of organising the event so it ran really smoothly. The food was served as a buffet for a lunch time service.
Charmaine selected a classic hog roast menu for the event which featured a whole slow roasted hog which was cooked in one of the Hog Roast Maidstone team’s Hog Master machine which helped to create some fantastic crispy crackling. The hog meat was for sixty guests as the main optionĀ In addition, at the request of the client, the team also served a chicken option for 10 guests. Furthermore, the team also served their traditional vegetarian option of lightly grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers which was served with pitta breads and a Tzatziki dip.
The Hog Roast Maidstone team’s catered food was presented beautifully on a buffet table and the layout looked really professional. The team delivered the food on the 12 noon deadline which was important as the food was served during the company’s lunch break so all of the guests needed to be fed during the time. All of the guests really enjoyed the food and many of the guests returned to buffet table for second helpings. The food was served outside in the Hog Roast Maidstone team’s professional heated metal trays so that buffet was kept warm. The team provided all of the tables, crockery and a marquee to serve the food under. The Hog Roast Maidstone team’s Catering Manager, Jake, led the service and ensured that everything ran smoothly. He was assisted by Will who also helped to cook all of the food. The team arrived to the venue several hours in advance in order to cook and prepare all of the food fresh. The pair were really proud of the food they produced and delivered a really friendly service to the guests. The event was perfect for the team as the event was for a medium sized group of 70 people and was served as a classic buffet.
