To mark the end of another busy year of trading, a local sales company hosted a Christmas party to be remembered! Jill is a sales manager and is also in charge of planning events for the company, including the Christmas party. She got to work preparing entertainment, decor, and party games, as well as contacting Hog Roast Chilham to organise catering for the afternoon. We have a gourmet Christmas menu that always goes down a treat at corporate events, so Jill was happy to book us for the occasion!
When the Christmas party began, our catering team had been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that the dishes were ready to be served buffet-style to the staff. the star of the show was our delicious turkeys, roasted on open flames to secure the natural juices and flavours. Alongside the main dish, we also provided all of the Christmas trimmings, including cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, and homemade gravy. Altogether, this created a hearty main course for the guests to enjoy, with many dishes to choose from.
Following the main course, we provided traditional mince pies served with war, brandy cream, as well as a toast of delicious mulled wine. The guests toasted t another successful year of trading and looked forward to working as a team for many more to come!
