On Tuesday 1st November we catered for Arconic to celebrate their new company name with a hog roast Cole Green spit roast menu. Having the pig on the spit creates a fantastic focal point for any event. We arrived at the venue very early to cook and prepare the food.The smell from the pig slow cooking throughout the day was tantalizing. The pork was served two ways, the lovely soft juicy meat was served pulled and the leaner meat sliced. Our vegetarian option was a delicious large organic flat mushroom stuffed with onions, garlic and peppers covered with thick slices of Greek halloumi cheese which even tempted the none vegetarians. All served with our home made rainbow coleslaw and fresh Norfolk baby potatoes infused with real butter and Italian herbs. With plenty of servings the staff went back to work very contented and we had wonderful complements for all the dishes and especially the succulent soft pork. We had a wonderful time catering a hog roast in Cole Green for Arconic and a fantastic review. We look forward to providing a service for them in the future.
