Jolly Jake is the catering manger of Hog Roast Stelling Minnis, despite not having any previous experience in the catering industry before taking a leap of faith with Hog Roast Stelling Minnis, he does himself proud by providing exceptional service and flavoursome food! After doing intense training, Jake has proved that he has found his calling with tantalising spreads that are beautifully presented. He definitely has an eye for detail and a taste for great food!

Where has your favourite venue been so far?
Jake claims that his favourite venue so far was the beach in camber sands. He set up a few feet away from the sea, the sun was beaming down and the views were incredible.
Have you met and served anyone famous?
Jake believes he has served Issac Hempstead Wright who plays Bran in the very popular TV series Game of Thrones – how exciting!

Jake being a fan of Chinese cuisine, would opt for the Perking Duck Wraps, Dim Sum and the Chicken Satay. All completely flavourful and delicious!
If you were a customer, which menu would you choose?
Jake would choose Hog Roast Stelling Minnis’s classic hog roast with salad sides and a potato option, known as Hog Roast Stelling Minnis’s menu 3. He would enjoy the succulent pulled pork with tasteful sage and onion stuffing and crisp crackling accompanied by gourmet coleslaw, Italian cherry tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and tomato and basil pasta salad, as well as skin-on fries.
