When the sun is shining and the temperatures are up it is a good tell that the wedding season has officially begun. Of course, you wouldn’t have to remind the very busy Hog Roast Sevenoaks team of that, because we have been working away with our summer wedding dining already!
The wedding season is a caterer’s clear favourite time of year. Yes, Christmas brings a certain magic to your work, but the wedding season is where all of our hard work really starts to pay off. A wedding typically calls for every part of our skills. It is where we so often get to show off the very best of our dining menus, delivering extremely special and unique dining experiences for our customers. They are the events that often come the longest, but are hugely gratifying in all of the positivity and love that is spread around them. With weddings we get to enjoy the day as a guest and a contributor, as we share in the same magic that surrounds these excellent venues, all done up to the nines (as too are the guests mind!), to celebrate the brilliance of loving matrimony. It is our privilege to be able to serve them always.
And the wedding season is off to a flying start already at Hog Roast Sevenoaks! You may have caught us at one already for a friend or family member (or indeed your own), or you may have spotted our brilliant chef at a wedding fair in the area, too. These are another part of the wedding season that makes it so brilliant, as even when we are not actively serving at an event, we’re still soaking up a lot of the wedding atmosphere, too. Wedding fairs take place all around the country throughout spring and summer, and we would highly recommend heading along to one – even if you have no immediate wedding plans! It’s just a great day out all the same, and adds to why the wedding season is such a perfect time of year for us at Hog Roast Sevenoaks.
