Sometimes, when your one small business startup grows rapidly and suddenly, the old staff traditions that you use to save for your whole team just are not quite so feasible anymore. Fortunately, when you have a corporate catering service like Hog Roast New Romney on hand, some of those excellent traditions can still be kept alive in style!
We are talking specifically about a staff barbecue that one of our recent business clients have thrown for years. When the team was just small, the whole office use to come around to Boss Jeff’s garden for an annual barbecue more or less as soon as the sun began to appear. Jeff told us it was better do the barbecue earlier, just before summer, so that more staff members wouldn’t have to miss out while off on their summer holidays. It was, after all, a tradition and a day that was very important to him for harbouring a well bonded team and a positive atmosphere around the office.
Now Jeff’s team, due to his immense success in recent years, has ballooned to near triple the number it once was in the early days. That fun garden barbecue is now a much more difficult thing to plan, but Jeff does not want to lose it since he believes it has been key to the success of the business, even as it grows.
So, what do you do when you can’t cook for a whole party of employees yourself? You call in the big guns of Hog Roast New Romney! We’re corporate caterers, and we also happen to be excellent at barbecuing! Our mobile hog roasting machines neatly double up as a grill and barbecue, allowing us to easily cook up even dozens of burgers, sausages, ribs, skewers, all at once! Our gourmet barbecue menu was just the thing Jeff needed to keep his staff tradition alive and kicking this year!
The sun, fortunately, came out for the event, allowing our Hog Roast New Romney chefs to set up Jeff’s garden and cook away through the afternoon. Anytime a guest wanted a roll, we’d always have one fresh and hot to go right away! If ever there was a way of improving a tradition, perhaps Jeff and co just found it in Hog Roast New Romney!
