Hog Roast Eastchurch

This has been a very important week for us at Hog Roast Eastchurch we have been celebrating our fifteenth birthday yes fifteen we can hardly believe it too! The years have just flown by and we cannot believe how quickly the time has passed and we must say we are so pleased that we took the decision all those years ago to become hog roasters. We have met some amazing people over the years and some of those people are still friends with us today and we are still catering for them and the same thing happened on Saturday a lady who has used Hog Roast Hire Eastchurch for many years asked us to cater for her daughters birthday we were pleased to help out her daughter was 21 and we had actually seen her grow up over the years so crazy! The party was being held in the village social club with lot coming from far and wide to help the girl celebrate her big day. We were asked to supply the BBQ with all the trimmings so we made chicken breast in a lovely chilli dressing, one hundred percent pure beef burgers and they were huge full of pure beef and full of goodness we also made some pork and apple sausages a new invention and a one so wanted by all we have won awards for our sausages. We also made a nice stir fry using lots of nice fresh vegetables we fried them gently on the hot plate then made a nice yoghurt and lime dressing which is amazing and really brings out all the flavours in the vegetables our bread is just something else we get our bread from our amazing supplier he really makes the best bread in the country fresh bread white and brown with seeds and fantastic flavours the evening was such a success and all had such a good time especially us we always say it s like a night out amazing times and a great night to celebrate our birthday too here is to the next fifteen years of happy hog roasting…
