To close out a very successful July for Hog Roast Canterbury, our team joined for one final corporate event with the fine folks at Barratt/ David Wilson Homes here in Kent for a very special summer lunch service.

But for our clients at BDW Homes it was something a little more classical out of the Hog Roast Canterbury repertoire. Come summer, autumn, spring, or winter, our hog roast is always a winner whether you are at work or enjoying a party at home. For this very special lunch service, Hog Roast Canterbury head chef Matt had our hog roast prepared early in the morning along with some minted lamb joints to be finished up on site and served for a 14.30 lunch. Per the client’s request, the lamb was halal. Both our pork and our lamb came out lovely and tender for our 75 guests to enjoy along with homemade sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, refreshing salad accompaniments like our gourmet coleslaw, mixed leaves, and our Med-inspired tomato and mozzarella salad. A veggie alternative of grilled veg and halloumi skewers with tzatziki dip and sweet chilli sauce added even more of that summer feel to the day, and a final topper of regular and sweet potato fries ensured there was more than enough food to fuel the rest of the working day at BDW Homes.
