So, then, last week the Hog Roast Ashford had the privilege of joining one of our corporate clients to ensure just that. Our client was looking for a summer barbecue for their corporate event – something which we had no problem catering at all. For years we have had our very own barbecue range, available for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Of course, like everything else in Hog Roast Ashford’s list of services and menus, our barbecue is no ordinary barbecue; we bring to you a stylishly made gourmet barbecue range complete with the highest quality versions of all your typical BBQ favourites, and a few that you might never have considered before.
One such choice is our meaty BBQ marinated spare ribs. Not something that you would typically see go on a regular barbecue down at the park, our meaty ribs cook brilliantly on our industrial strength mobile grill and roaster. We can chuck plenty of these massive ribs down on the grill at the same time as we are grilling gourmet burgers and butcher’s quality sausages. Our corporate client was able to enjoy all three for their event, along with fried onions, cheese, veggie burgers, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, seasonal leafy greens, gourmet coleslaw, and roasted baby new potatoes. A perfect barbecue range for a great event, but it wasn’t quite yet complete without our desserts of handmade profiteroles and vacherins of strawberries with passionfruit cream – an excellent summer palette cleanser!
