Full of smiles

We were full of smiles at the weekend yes we are always happy when off to work we go! We are so lucky to be able to say we enjoy our work and not many can say that we have a great team all dedicated to the business and we think that is so important in a successful business. Catering in our village on Sunday for a christening and it was so nice not having far to travel as usually we are travelling miles to our destination so this was quite a novelty. We love Christenings and to see the baby is such a welcome sight a baby boy who was the cutest little boy we have ever seen! We were asked to cook a pig, pork and cracking on the menu with lots of fresh tangy apple sauce and we were asked to put the meat into open sandwiches and we made some potato skins with an assortment of fillings, cheese and onion, chicken and sweet corn and tuna mayonnaise. We pride our selves on our wonderful salads all our food is so fresh and we have fantastic suppliers who supply us with the best and without our wonderful suppliers we would be totally lost and we always appreciate all the hard work they do in ensuring we only receive the very best. An hour before the guests arrived we were setting the tables and having everything ever so we want everything to be perfect the christening party arrived and we set into action Hog Roast are always impressed at the meat that just falls apart from the bone it really is something else if you haven’t seen hog roasting then you are in for a treat! The sandwiches were bursting with meat and smothered in apple sauce and the guests were so impressed at the wonderful food. We cleared away and to be honest hog Roast hire didn’t have much to clear away as all the food was gone! And that is when we know we have done a very good job and that makes us feel so good…
