Everyone Loves A Spring Wedding – Especially Hog Roast Whitstable!

Hog Roast WhitstableOne couple that got to experience the first class service of our team for themselves, is Karen and Paul. They wanted to take advantage of the change in the seasons and tie the knot in the sunshine. The venue was a stunning hotel in the countryside that had large grounds to host the service. The hotel offered a menu of its own, but Karen had seen a picture of our glorious Hog Roast on Facebook, and insisted on us providing the food. She wanted a Hog Roast dinner along with a selection of canapes and desserts.

The team from Hog Roast Whitstable arrived at the Hotel venue, a couple of hours before the service had begun. Because we slow cook all our meats, and prepare all our meals from scratch using only fresh ingredients, we always arrive nice and early – to make sure everything is ready on time! We set up our Gazebo and our Hog Roasting equipment outside, and before long the service had ended, the happy couple were married and it was time to serve. Among the canape options were the Dim Sum selection of Chinese Appetisers, the mini pizzas topped with sliced Greek Olives, the Grilled Fillet of Beef and the Pate Encroute. The Hog Roast was served as Pigs in Buns, with crusty bread rolls and a selection of sauces and the guests ate using disposable plates.

After an afternoon in the sunshine, it was time for the guests to move through to the hotel function suite, where the pleasure of looking after Karen, Paul and their guests, would be handed over to the hotel staff.
