We had fantastic day on Saturday doing a hog roast in Sidcup catering for Marion’s sons 18th birthday party. We had a laid back start to our day as the serve time was not until 9pm in the evening, 
with the party taking place in the garden at their house. The weather was a bit challenging but this just added to the event and we do love a good challenge. Although the weather was terrible it did nothing to detract from peoples enjoyment of the event and the food went down amazingly, with people coming back for seconds and even thirds. Marion had opted for our very popular hog roast buffet with salads and potatoes with chicken as an extra, served onto disposable crockery. This is one of our most popular menus and makes the most of the food serving in a relaxed manner. The Birthday boy and all of his friends had a fantastic time partying as only 18 year olds can. We tidied up any mess and then discretely left leaving them to carry on with the party, by the look of things it was going to be a late night. No rest for the wicked as we are back out again tomorrow catering for a christening.
