This spring, Hog Roast Aldington has been hired to provide catering at a school in Kent for their upcoming Easter celebration. The school is hosting an Easter assembly for parents and teachers to enjoy, with songs and dances for everyone to enjoy. The assembly will be followed by a school fair, including plenty of traditional stalls and activities to choose from. Hog Roast Aldington has been hired to provide catering during the fair, with guests able to enjoy a delicious slow-roasted hog served by our team. Our catering manager Matt is happy to get involved with this event and is looking forward to serving a menu that will appeal to every guest!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Aldington team is planning on preparing a slow-roasted hog in the morning, which will be served between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Once ready, the hog will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. We will also be providing succulent pork sausage and veggie sausages to ensure that there is a main dish for everyone to enjoy. Alongside the rolls, Hog Roast Aldington will be serving a selection of tasty side dishes, including homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, and a selection of salad dishes. Our menu is set to be a great addition to the event as there are plenty of dishes to choose from and it is sure to be a good contrast from a usual school lunch!
