Hog Roast Tonbridge recently catered a party for Marcus, where he had invited fifty people to a school reunion. Having looked over our menus, he was surprised to see so much choice and variety, like our current winter warmer menu, where you choose the meat, veg and potatoes to be served, and our Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three marinated meat dishes and four hot or cold sides too.
For his special occasion, Marcus asked the guests to vote on the food to be served and the overwhelming majority decided on our famous pigs in buns, which you may well know as hog roast rolls.
On the day of the reunion, our chef and catering assistants arrived hours before service and cracked on with prepping the meat and setting it cooking. Later in the day, we dished up our homemade duo of apple sauce and stuffing, sliced dozens of bread rolls and set them next to the condiments and serviettes, and by 5pm, Marcus and his old school friends arrived to a sumptuous feast and we began to serve.
