Corporate events are all about connection, colleagues, clients, and partners coming together to share ideas, celebrate successes, and build stronger relationships. And we believe that nothing brings people together quite like the smell of a hog roast. Our team arrived on-site early in the morning to set up and get the hog roasting nice and slow. As the hours went by, the crackling began to crisp beautifully, and the meat turned golden and tender, the unmistakable sign that something delicious was on its way.
When it came time to serve, our staff carved the hog fresh in front of the guests, filling plates with juicy, flavour-packed pork. Each serving was accompanied by soft bread rolls, a generous spoonful of our homemade apple sauce, and a sprinkle of that perfectly crunchy crackling that everyone looks forward to. The combination of savoury, sweet, and crispy textures made for a simple yet crowd-pleasing meal that had everyone coming back for seconds!
The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, with plenty of conversation and compliments about the food. Hog roasts are always a great talking point, and this event was no different, guests loved watching the carving process and learning about how the hog had been slow roasted for hours to achieve that incredible flavour.
