Here at Spitting Pig Kent, we recently had the pleasure of catering a fantastic event where our team served a mouth-watering hog roast, accompanied by a tempting selection of fresh salads and perfectly cooked potatoes. It was a wonderful day filled with great food, smiling faces, and that unmistakable aroma of slow-roasted perfection!
As guests arrived, they were greeted by the irresistible sight of our expert chef tending to the hog, roasting slowly over the flames until the crackling turned golden and crisp. Once carved, the tender, juicy pork was served in soft rolls with a choice of sauces, always a firm favourite at any gathering.
To complement the roast, we prepared a colourful array of homemade salads, made fresh on the day. From crisp garden greens and juicy cherry tomatoes to creamy coleslaw, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And of course, no Spitting Pig menu would be complete without our signature roasted potatoes, fluffy on the inside, perfectly golden on the outside, and seasoned to perfection.
The guests couldn’t get enough, with many coming back for seconds (and even thirds!). The combination of hearty hog roast and fresh sides created the perfect balance for a relaxed and satisfying feast, ideal for sharing with friends, family, and colleagues.
