At Hog Roast Maidstone we have always been big fans of the autumn cosiness of a rom com, and equally so we have always loved an autumn wedding – which are now officially here! All summer long we were going on about the many wedding events we were catering for and how we couldn’t get enough. Well that has certainly proven true as we come now into the autumn and still remain just as excited for the new season of weddings. The setting may look different, but the celebrations of your special day are just as brilliant as ever.
This week it was the turn of a beautiful wedding in Maidstone, where 120 guests celebrated the loving matrimony of a delightful couple who Hog Roast Maidstone have had the privilege of working with over the last few months to bring their dream autumn wedding dining experience to life. Here is how that came to life on the day:
Bringing some warmth into a colder autumn day, our southern slow roast was on the menu. Hog Roast Maidstone head chef Matt prepared an incredible buffet range beginning with meat options of BBQ pork butt, Cajun spiced chicken, Texas style brisket, then a vegan alternative of BBQ pulled jackfruit, and sides of seasonal leafy greens, a mix of regular and sweet potato fries, and roasted new potatoes all complimented by our extra range of extremely hot sauces and smoky barbecue dips.
