The search continues at Amazon MGM for the next James Bond. If the auditioning team there are still taking on potentials, then might we put forward our very own chef’s team here at Hog Roast Ashford, who just this week passed their double 00 test with flying colours at a wonderful James Bond themed 21st birthday party.
Your Hog Roast Ashford team can blend seamlessly into any environment, much like agent Bond. Whether it’s a black tie formal affair (we look great in a tux), a barbecue down by the beach (we look great stepping out the sea a la Daniel Craig in Casino Royale) or a relaxed party at home (where we look great in a chef’s jacket), the Hog Roast Ashford team can cater it all. For king and country, we always get the job done, just like Bond.
If that isn’t enough for our audition tape, then perhaps the actual Bond themed party that we catered for last week will suffice. A brilliant 21st held here in Ashford, with a birthday host that loves all things Bond, the theming for the night was on point right the way through the party from the décor, the dress code, and of course the catering provided by the special agents at Hog Roast Ashford.
Our head chef Matt was the Q for the night, devising up an incredible array of dining gadgets to produce the very best hog roast dining experience for guests. Our very own sleekly designed mobile hog roast machine may as well come straight from Q lab, allowing our teams to cook stylish and authentic hog roasts out in the road with ease. Like Bond, this brilliant gadget can get our catering team’s out of any pinch, as we can keep the quality of our dishes pristine even with high quantities required for big parties. For this 21st celebration, 60 guests were required to cook for, meaning just one hog roast would suffice on our roaster, along with sage and onion stuffing, golden crackling, fresh apple sauce, an addition of gluten-free sausages, tomato and mozzarella salad, gourmet slaw, mixed leaves, herb dressed new potatoes, and a veggie option of grilled veg and halloumi skewers – because Bond always comes prepared for every scenario!
Whether we get the Bond role or not remains to be seen, but what is certain is that this mission was most definitely a success!
