In practice, the grazing table is very simple, but it makes for an excellent, Instagram worthy centrepiece for your event. The Hog Roast Ashford chefs set out a long table and set up a colourful arrangement of foods for guests to pick at to their own liking. Typically, we’ll be using a good mix of leafy greens set alongside some nice reds and oranges from our finely sliced Italian meats, balanced again alongside the whites and yellows of our Italian cheeses. But the brilliance of the grazing table is that you can really add what you like, as long as it continues to fit into the arrangement and help make the whole dining set up pop with colour. We’ve had mini canapes like our Indian snack bites, small sausage rolls, scotch eggs, quiches, quiches, set up on our grazing tables before, too.
