Last summer, I booked a gorgeous room to hire at Hartley’s country club here in Kent. This was accompanied with extensive green views of the cricket fields and of course, a full meal made by the one and only… Hog Roast Longfield. A friend recommended this company to me a few years ago and I honestly rely on them for all of my large cooperate events.
I contacted the Hog Roast Longfield team a few months before my planned event, they were happy to help and offered me the most delicious menu option. This was made up of a Large, slow roasted hog with apple sauce, their famous crispy crackling, soft floured bread rolls and to top it all off, their superb stuffing. I was planning a works do for my colleagues and I to celebrate our success for the past year. This meant that around 50 guests were coming along to the country club to try the well-known hog roast.
On the day of the party, the team from Hog Roast Longfield arrived 2 hours early to set up their equipment. They brought along a chef to serve us and a long table for us all to access the bread rolls and other treats. I personally thanked the chef as he was most friendly and explained to me about the machine hire that the company offers, which is something I will be looking into.
By the time all our team had arrived, the roast was up and running and filling the room with a delicious aroma. We sat and enjoyed our piled plates of tender meat and crackling whilst admiring the gorgeous views outside the club. It was a perfect day to celebrate the whole teams success and the spitting pig Kent gave us a wholesome meal with friendly service.
Finally, after the buffet was devoured, the spitting pig Chef and team ensured all their rubbish was cleaned away, along with their equipment and table. This was most helpful as we had no mess to worry about. This left us to party through the night with full, satisfied bellies of the best hog in Kent!
