After a morning delivery of a DIY hog roast machine and pig we were off to the town of Cuxton for a local gathering at the social club. After a warm welcome we set up in the garden space under our gazebo and stated roast a hog for 75 people as well as providing hot dogs for the youngsters. Our menu 1 also complimented our free range pig with succulent sage and onion stuffing, homemade apple sauce and fresh bakers rolls. Many people came back for second helpings and we received excellent feedback, which can be seen on our testimonial page. Cuxton was a great success and we are looking forward to doing more jobs within the area.
